Marisela Raigosa-Conlon joined Family Matters as Director of Administration and Human Resources in February of 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Durango in Mexico and succeeded in a career working for 7+ years as an Industrial Engineer. After moving to Chicago, she began to work for the non-profit world and has enjoyed working closely with the people in her own community for more than 13 years. Marisela has found that working at Family Matters allows her to combine her love for children and community with her skills at developing administrative systems and procedures.
