Carolina was first introduced to Family Matters as an intern in 2014. After graduation, Carolina joined the team as an assistant coordinator in June 2015. Since then, her role has been as a part time staff member in the Family Connections program. Her main focus and passion is building healthy relationships with the students and parents. Carolina is also a bilingual staff member that helps families with language barriers. Carolina provides hands-on activities, which cultivates her student’s creativity, and nothing gives her more satisfaction than seeing students achieve their academic goals.
