Closing the Education Gap: Partners in Learning (PL), 70 individually matched 1st-12th grade youth/adult pairs meet weekly for 90-minute, one-to-one tutor/mentoring sessions during the school year, with modified programming over the summer. Partners in Learning is the only tuition-free one-to-one tutoring program in the area.
