If you are eager to support our project right now, you can be a Backyard Buddy! We have found an “angel” who is paying for the materials and installation of the fence! We estimate that the additional cost for completing the project to be approximately $5000. We are hoping to find ‘Backyard Buddies’ who are willing to support this effort through a contribution. Fifty people donating $100 would get the project paid or 100 people at $50. Every donation makes a difference.
This is different than the way we had hoped this project would play out. We love the idea of having a community of volunteers come together to get the job done. We can still be a team-it is teamwork at a distance, though, at this time. We are excited about partnering with you to beautify and enhance the space (think mural on the fence, flowerbeds, picnic table, and more) after the groundwork has been laid.
